Bladen County is located in southeastern North Carolina in what is known as the Coastal Plains region. Along with the county seat of Elizabethtown, Bladen County offers several small towns to reside within, including Bladenboro, Clarkton, Dublin, East Arcadia, Tar Heel and the crystal clear water of White Lake. As the fourth largest county (geographically) in the state, Bladen County is abundant in natural recreation areas, including seven lakes and three rivers. Bladen County offers a diversity of industries with employment opportunities in food processing, manufacturing and agri-business.
